Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Proof (images/video) may be required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Earrings
  • Personalized/customized jewellery
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Damaged Package

If the package appears tampered or damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or contact us immediately.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
